Hip Travel Mama in 2010

Travel Tips

18 Jan

2009 was an incredible year for family, travel, friends and career. With a new baby, we still managed to take some incredible trips with family and friends to Hawaii, Palm Springs, Southern California and Disneyland, Portland OR, Sunriver and Chelan WA. In 2010, with the little one now mobile and busy as ever, we plan to gradually expand our sphere of travel and also take in some of our regular favorites.

2009 was also incredibly rewarding and busy on the work front, and as part of a larger team effort, I was able to be a part of the launch of Bing.com, Microsoft’s new search engine. I traveled to Chicago for BlogHer and met some incredible travel bloggers, and attended PhoCusWright in Orlando, the travel industry’s biggest show of the year. I am proud to be a part of this incredible travel industry and along the way, I have had countless ideas and hip tips to share with traveling families, and just not enough time to publish them.

In 2010, I am dedicating more time to sharing hip tips on family travel and developing a more regular cadence of content to engage my readers. Look for some fun posts this year chronicling our adventures, hip tips for traveling with kids and insights into finding the best deals on luxury travel with families. Next stop: Maui, Hawaii. Stay tuned!
