lululemon athletica + Mamacation: Meet Me at My Happy Place

Travel Tips

21 Sep

I’m super excited to announce lululemon athletica is one of our lead platinum sponsors and partners for Mamacation 2011 Seattle this year! lululemon Bellevue was a great supporter of Mamacation last year, and this year they’ve stepped up their participation to support our goals to help Mamacation attendees get inspired, set their intention for the weekend and give away a bunch of lululemon goodies to attendees. I’ve been a loyal lululemon athletica fan for many years now – I love their commitment to health, yoga, inspiration and community. We are grateful for their partnership in making this an incredible and recharging weekend for these lucky Seattle-area moms. Here’s what lululemon (in partnership with lululemon athletica Belleuve and lululemon athletica Pacific Place) has planned for you:

Exclusive HipTravelMama lululemon athletica shop night

To kick off the weekend, Friday Oct 14, 2011 lululemon will close the store and host a private shop night kick-off party at their downtown Seattle store exclusively for Mamacation 2011 registered attendees. Yes, you heard me right – if you are registered to attend Mamacation 2011 at The Four Seasons Hotel Seattle, you are automatically sent an invite to our exclusive lululemon shop night kick-off party (space is limited to the first 40 registered Mamacation attendees so book it so you can reserve your spot). The evening will include a fully-staffed store just for you with private fittings, wine, snacks and a chance to score a free outfit and personal lululemon fitting. Come shop with me at my “happy place,” get the chance to win a free outfit, meet the workshop speakers that will be helping you set your goals and get inspired, mingle with HipTravelMama, The Four Seasons team and other moms like you. Space for this special event is extremely limited and will be on a first-come-first-serve basis. Once you make your Mamacation reservation with The Four Seasons, you will receive an invitation and details and directions to the kick off party at lululemon.

The Four Seasons Hotel Seattle has graciously agreed to extend a reduced rate to Mamacation attendees who are interested in staying Friday night (on a space available basis). We will be staying Friday night and will be leading a group on a short walk from the hotel to the lululemon athletica party that night. Get the party started early and book Friday night and extend your stay! Call the hotel for Friday night rates and availability at 206.749.7000.

Keynote and Goal-Setting workshops

lululemon athletica is known for its inspirational attitude and goal-setting workshops for employees. Join leaders from the lululemon staff as they kick off  Saturday morning with workshops and share some of their secrets to successful goal-setting to help you set your intention for the weekend and goals to live your best life, immediately following our inspirational talk with Jane Porter, novelist on how to “Be the Hero of your own Story.”

Sunday Morning Yoga sponsored by luluemon athletica and Terra Yoga

Fully outfitted in style with your new perfect-fit lulu gear from Friday nights’ kick-off party shop night, join us for an “Hour of Power” yoga session lead by yoga teacher Carina Terra of Terra Yoga. Lululemon athletica will be giving away 20 yoga mats to the first 20 people who show up to yoga on Sunday morning at Mamacation 2011.

Set your Intention:

After you are centered from your yoga practice, lululemon will help you bring everything you’ve learned from our workshops, speakers and inspiration station experts to set your intention and leave the weekend recharged and focused on what matters most to you.

Namaste and see you there!
