Chef Without Borders Dinner, March 16 at 7 pm
Executive chef Janet Hedstrom will take you on a culinary journey around the world at this great event. Inspired by flavors from all over the world, she’s paired great tastes with wines from the Chateau to please your palate. Reservations are required, and tickets are $120+tax per person.
“Pairings” Tasting Tours
Recently added to the events list at Chateau Ste. Michelle is the “Pairings” tastings for visitors to the winery. During this 45-minute seated tasting offering a seasonal menu, you can learn about the art of food and wine pairing for only $25. You can make reservations or head to the Chateau on a whim–walk-ins are also welcome if space is available.
Treasures of the Earth Dinner, April 20th at 7 PM
Another great option is a dinner crafted by Chef Scott Harberts in celebration of Earth Day. The menu, featuring sustainably grown and harvested ingredients, will be accompanied by wines from the LIVE and Salmon Safe certified vineyards; Cold Creek Vineyard and the Chateau Ste. Michelle’s Canoe Ridge Estate vineyard. Reservations are required, and tickets are $120+tax per person.
