Why Mama’cation?
Each year, our group of friends leave the kids with our husbands and embark on an annual pilgramage to hang out, shop, relax, slowly chew our food and enjoy a glass of wine (or two). For years we’ve affectionately called it Mom-cation. We select different locations every year, but mostly the criteria comes down to three things – good food and wine, shopping and luxe accomodations (with a spa). We suspect that many of you do the same with your friends and are nodding your heads as you read this! We know you are totally slammed right now with back-to-school, so we have pulled together the best in luxe style, food and wine and accomodations so you can simply invite your friends and let us do the rest of the work for you. What will we do?
Mama’cation begins on Saturday, November 13, 2010 with arrival at 3p.m. at Willows Lodge. We’ve included all the details into your stay, so you pay one package price worth a lot of value. Attendees will enjoy a reception where a personal stylist will be on hand to provide tips for fall and winter fashion, and samples from the hippest boutiques, beauty and style will be arranged for you and friends to peruse. During this time, you can indulge in mini-spa treatments from the Spa at Willows Lodge and sip on wine tastings from Woodinville Wine Country. HipTravelMama Founder, Anne Taylor Hartzell, and guest speakers will present expert tips to inspire holiday, winter and spring break travel. The evening will conclude with an intimate dinner with Barking Frog Executive Chef Bobby Moore. In the morning, guests will enjoy a light breakfast and a yoga class, before heading home refreshed and recharged! ALL OF THIS IS INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGE PRICE.
