Best Northwest Pumpkin Patches and Spooky Destinations

The Farm at Swan's Trail Washington State Maze

Looking for a place to lose the kids on the weekend? Check out our favorite corn mazes and pumpkin patches around the Northwest. And it wouldn’t be Halloween without a haunted house or spooky forest now, would it?

Remlinger Farm, Carnation, WA
A stand-out Seattle favorite, Remlinger Farm’s self-guided farm tour will take you and the family on a steam train winding through fields and crops, and past farm animals along the Tolt River. Then get up close and personal with baaaaarn animals, make your way through the 1000-bale hay maze, and join entertainers in the Country Fair Theater.

The Farm at Swan’s Trail, Snohomish, WA
The Farm is home to Washington State’s largest corn maze. The 12 acres of sweet corn will have you exploring the Evergreen State like never before – with 250 roads, 400 places and towns, and 4.5 actual miles of highways and country roads!

Maris Farms Haunted Woods, Buckley, WA
Spend a Friday or Saturday night being spooked as you tread carefully through the farm’s infamous haunted corn field and forest. Actually, the spooks start before you leave the car park (but you didn’t hear that from us).

The MAiZE at The Pumpkin Patch, Portland, OR
Join the fun at the 2010 ‘Heart in Oregon’ MAiZE for the whole family, and the new Haunted MAiZE – their haunted corn field for ages 6 and up. There are also hay rides, a cow train, a hay climbing pyramid, a farmers’ market and more.

Milburn’s Haunted Manor, Hubbard, OR
Consistently voted one of Oregon’s best haunts of the season, check in at the manor and enjoy your stay! Alternatively, explore the Wicked-Wood Forest, or take your Last Ride as your trip to the grave is simulated inside a coffin. Rated PG-13.

And if you’re looking for some historical haunted houses to explore, then Zillow, the guys famous for their real estate insider info, recently posted their Top 10 Haunted Homes in the US.
