Travel is my passion, but I’m also a bit of a tech geek too. Whether it is navigating the newest websites to help make travel planning easier, or finding the latest apps and gadgets to take with me on the road, I’m a sucker for a well-designed product. I’m thrilled to indulge my inner geek as a contributor for the new Dabble Magazine, set to launch Feb 28, where I will share an inside view into the hottest new sites, apps and gadgets in travel.
Dabble Magazine is a new interactive bi-monthly magazine and the brainchild of Toronto-based interior designer extraordinaire, Kimberley Seldon. Dabble will bring you inspiring design from around the world, immerse you in cities ripe for discovery, give you a taste for far-flung cultures, and help you discover your own passion for travel, design and food.
In my 15 years working with technology and travel brands such as Farecast, Bing.com, I’ve met some super smart entrepreneurs on the inside of tech who are shaping how we experience travel on the go, and I’m excited to share this experience with you at Dabble.
With an eye on design, I can promise you Dabble will be beautiful. You will also find the great work of two of my favorite people and HipTravelmama contributors, Dabble Travel Editor, Sophie Vander, and EdibleSociety’s Fiona VanAlstyne. I’m also proud to be in the company of other talented writers whose work I admire including author and speaker Kathy Buckworth, Heather Greenwood Davis, and numerous other talented writers and specialists in their field.
To keep up on the latest Dabble news, you can find Dabble on Facebook and Twitter.
Until then, get your travel geek on!
