How to make your family full + happy at Kō restaurant + new LUANA happy hour!

A dinner at Kō Restaurant in Wailea is to sample the many cultures that uniquely make up the Hawaiian islands. Inspired by Hawaii’s sugarcane plantation era and located at The Fairmont Kea Lani in Wailea, Kō features island family recipes, including farm-fresh Hawaiian, Chinese, Filipino, Portuguese, Korean, and Japanese menu items.  So many cultures are infused in these dishes. Peruse a wide selection of options – we opted for the cioppino, the lamb, soba noodles, and fresh Mahi Mahi.Kō also has a superb wine list to pair with every dish. We recommend making reservations as this place can get pretty busy on weekends and during peak season.

Juice Bar

Did you know that the Kō bar moonlights as a juice bar in the morning? If you are looking for a light breakfast before you hit the beach, consider stopping by the new Ko Juice Bar, located at the bar in Ko from 6:30-10am. Perfect for your early morning long stroll down the beach path.

Happy Hour at LUANA

The recently renovated LUANA lounge is located just steps from the open lobby and offers some of the best sunsets in the house. Craft cocktails and quick bites pair perfectly with live music and Maui sunsets nightly. On Friday nights, Fairmont takes it up a notch with the Luana Experience Series, with themed evenings, live music from local artists, and of course, those delicious craft cocktails and Maui sunsets.

Disclosure: We were hosted guests of the Fairmont Kea Lani and received complimentary accommodations and services during our stay for review purposes. As always, the opinions are our own.
